Brenda DiCarlo

Brenda is the President of IAAB.  She earned her MBA from the University of Connecticut, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University and has the CIC designation.  She formed IAAB in 2007 after working in-house at agencies for many years.  She has earned the NetVU Certification of Insurance Accounting, is a member of the NetVU Educators Guild and has completed all required sessions of the Applied Epic accounting series sponsored by the Applied Client Network. Brenda’s passion for her profession is also clear in her teaching. She has served as an adjunct accounting instructor at the University of Connecticut and the Connecticut Community College System. Outside of accounting Brenda enjoys volunteering for civic events having served as President of the Torrington-Winsted Area Rotary Club, renovating old homes, and listening to music.
