Josh Delekta

Josh holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting and Psychology from the University of Connecticut. Joining IAAB in 2011, he quickly learned the insurance side of accounting and now oversees all IAAB’s Applied Systems clients. He prepares monthly financials while doing day to day work for clients to keep up to date with the latest rollout changes on Applied EPIC. He plays an integral role in training new associates and onboarding new agencies. As Director of Accounting, Josh enjoys the relationship side of his career, especially problem solving for his clients and the rest of the IAAB team. Outside of work, Josh, is an avid reader, admits he can’t live without Netflix and enjoys gardening, hiking, entertaining, and spending time with his friends and family.
