Darlene Roy

Darlene joined IAAB in 2016 and works as an Accounting Associate with Applied Epic Agencies. She handles direct bill entry for companies’ commission and sets up payments for premium payables as well as payment to producers. Darlene brings 16 years of banking experience to the IAAB team and interacts directly with agencies to problem solve and find solutions for a better accounting/bookkeeping experience. Outside of work, Darlene enjoys gardening, arts & crafts, and cooking as well as spending time with her daughters and family.
